Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities

 Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

 Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks

 Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

 Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

 Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

 Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

 Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

 Comply with all food and beverage regulations

 Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 Exhibit oneself in a professional manner with appearance and communication

 Cleanliness and attention to detail at all times

Requirements and skills

 Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender

 Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

 Computer literacy

 Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

 Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

 Relevant training certificate in Mixology a plus

 Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 POS experience strongly recommended

 ServSafe of Madison County food handler card

 Star Certified
