The Millville Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Nurse Supervisor on our Medical Unit. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient and effective nursing care, while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include leading and guiding the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations. You will also facilitate the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, mentor staff, and coordinate communication with other departments.
As a Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, while minimizing the use of overtime and agency personnel. This requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to recruit, orient, and develop staff members.
