Clinical Expertise:
The Licensed Practical Nurse brings expertise in delivering efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Develop comprehensive nursing care plans in collaboration with RNs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain BLS/CPR certification, as required by facility or state regulations.
Compensation and Benefits:
- An attractive hourly rate: USD $30.00 - USD $34.00/Hr.
