Molding Operator

Job Overview

We are seeking a Moulding Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team.

Millwork 360 is located in Tampa, Florida, it was founded with one core purpose in mind: To create custom moulding and doors that reflect the highest degree of superior quality. MOLDING OPERATOR

Job Functions:

· Operate Weinig Powermat 1200 – 12” Wood Moulder

· Follow and complete daily production schedule

Requirements:

· Ability to read tape measure and needs to be proficient with digital calipers.

· High attention to detail

· Familiar with fractions and decimals

· Mechanically inclined

· Woodworking experience is a plus

Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to follow safety protocols in the workplace.

· Ability to squat, bend at the waist, and stand for several hours.

· Full-body mobility required to perform production demands of production.

· Ability to lift, push, and pull 75 lbs.

· Ability to work OT as needed including Saturdays.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

· Positive, organized, and enthusiastic with ability to influence others.

· Strong work ethic, self-starter, punctual and good collaborator

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week

• 7:00 am – 4:30pm ½ lunch
• Day shift

Ability to Commute:

• Tampa, FL 33635 On-site
• Must Relocate before starting work
