This is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded and team-oriented individual to be part of a rapidly expanding location. This position works with the Project Manager of Labor in the daily scheduling, tracking, and coordination of labor subcontractors while ensuring smooth operations on job sites. The role requires flexibility to relocate with job sites, starting in Colorado, and offers meaningful advancement opportunities based on the candidate’s success and development.

- Project Management Skills:
- Coordinates labor timelines to meet project deadlines and safety standards.
- Maintains issue trackers and helps resolve open items efficiently.
Daily Activities Include:
- Coordinating with the Project Manager of Labor for job site visits and progress evaluations.
- Oversee job sites to address issues, evaluate work, and update punch lists.
- Assisting with resolving punch items in collaboration with installers and project teams.
- Attending job site deliveries and managing hardware rooms.
- Maintaining relationships with the installer network through regular communication.
- Acting as a liaison between project management and labor management teams.
- Attend progress meetings and support new installer introductions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in labor management, construction, or a related field.
- An outgoing personality with the ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a clean driving record.
- Willing to relocate with job sites every twelve to eighteen months.
- Safe driver – clean driving record.
Work Location: Initial projects located in Charlotte, North Carolina area and would anticipate future projects being in that marketplace or within a manageable driving distance.
