This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to work in-house and play a key role in translating innovative designs into precise technical shop drawings. UPDATE This role is now 100% remote with visits to HQ 3 to 4x / year.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Leadership
Manage in-house and outsourced drafting teams and oversee drafting schedules.
Oversee the fabrication drawing process and act as the primary liaison between the drafting department and clients.
Facilitate communication between Sales, Estimating, Pre-Construction, and Production teams for smooth project transitions.
Create detailed millwork shop drawings using AutoCAD 2D and review sketches with the engineering team.
Source and verify the fit of materials, hardware, and appliances for projects.
What We're Looking For
Dependable, organized, and a positive attitude with strong time management skills.
Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Solid drafting background in custom commercial millwork is required and will only be considered.
Compensation & Benefits
110,000 - $125,000 annually, based on experience.
