This role involves managing relationships with GLET members and providing comprehensive Managed Print Solutions (MPS), including security risk analysis. You’ll work with top GLET accounts to deliver exceptional service, drive value in our partnerships, and support every client’s need.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual and service-related matters with GLET clients.
- Work closely with customer contacts, end-user communities, and internal teams to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth, while driving profitability across your account base.
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to implement and deploy technology and support services, including inventory collection and management.
- Resolve client issues through investigation, solution development, and management to resolution.
- Recommend and implement operational techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain best practices.
- Partner with the Director of Client Relations, Sales Team, and other internal stakeholders to deliver on commitments and exceed client expectations.
- Strong expertise in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, and Client Servicing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Experience in sales or client management roles; prior experience in the print services or technology industry is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate multiple solutions and recommend processes tailored to client needs.
- Proven experience managing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including executives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen relationships with enterprise-level clients.
- High urgency and comfort managing multifaceted projects alongside daily responsibilities.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
