This role is both technical and collaborative—working closely with IT teams, customer contacts, and internal departments to keep systems running smoothly and data flowing reliably. You’ll ensure data accuracy, system performance, and customer readiness while collaborating with internal teams to support billing, reporting, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Install & Configure Monitoring Software: Lead the setup and integration of fleet monitoring tools (e.g., FMAudit, MPS Monitor) on client networks, ensuring successful data capture and connectivity.
- Monitor Fleet Health & Performance: Track real-time data on device status, service alerts, and consumable supply levels (e.g., toner, ink, waste containers, maintenance kits).
- Reporting & Billing Support: Provide accurate usage reports and consumable data to support monthly billing audits. Resolve discrepancies with billing teams and customers.
- Customer Training & Support: Serve as a technical point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing DCA software support.
- Data Accuracy & Maintenance: Maintain a central database of DCA-enabled devices, activation status, contact information, and related records.
- HP Security & Firmware Updates: Conduct security audits and manage firmware patching via WebJetAdmin or MPS Monitor, based on client preferences and service level agreements.
- Process Optimization: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify opportunities to streamline monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting processes.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal teams (Sales, IT, Service, Billing) and external technology vendors to resolve system or data-related issues.
- Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with the latest DCA and fleet management technologies. Provide recommendations to leadership based on industry trends and product updates.
- Change Management: Support the rollout of new features or tools and ensure consistent adoption across teams and customer environments.
- High school diploma or GED required, relevant coursework or certifications in IT, business, or customer support a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with fleet monitoring or DCA tools (e.g., FMAudit, PrintAnista, MPS Monitor, PrintFleet) is a plus—training will be provided.
- Comfortable working in both independent and cross-functional team environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, IT, customer service, or analyst role.
- Experience working in Managed Print Services, technology support, or fleet management environments preferred.
- Familiarity with HP WebJetAdmin or similar device management platforms is a plus.
- Leadership or project coordination experience is beneficial but not required.
- Work in areas which require attention to detail in a varied environment.
- General office environment. May spend long hours sitting or standing.
- Some physical effort is required which may involve bending, reaching, stretching, or similar activities as well as lifting or moving items weighing up to 60 pounds
