- Complete comprehensive training on our product line
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle makes, models, and features
- Effectively explain and demonstrate vehicle features to customers
- Manage administrative tasks, including quote completion, email/voicemail responses, credit applications, and transaction paperwork processing
- Support online customers through our eSales office
