About the Role:
In this role, you will install tank and heating equipment and associated systems in residential homes and smaller commercial establishments. As a key point of contact between our company and customers, you will maintain a professional and friendly image and serve as an advocate for our brand.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer equipment and needs
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities and make recommendations to the customer
- Install equipment as needed
- Perform efficiency tests on all combustion-related installations
- Prepare accurate daily paperwork
- Communicate with Dispatcher and Service departments
- Utilize applicable safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Exhibit courteous and helpful behavior towards customers and third parties
- Collect fees when necessary (all methods of payment)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Oil and residential home heating systems knowledge
- A valid driver's license and ability to meet the company's motor vehicle policy
- Willingness to expand technical, repair, and install knowledge
- Ability to support our company brand as an advocate
- RI & MA occupational licenses or ability to enroll in licensing program (*tuition reimbursement available, conditions apply*)
