Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Contract Specialist with a strong legal background to join our team. This role will focus on reviewing, negotiating, and drafting client contracts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contract Preparation and Analysis :
Examine, prepare, analyze, negotiate terms and conditions, and revise contracts on behalf of the firm.
Identify and escalate potential risks associated with contracts.
Maintain Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and all related contract templates (e.g., NDAs).
Clearly explain contract terminology to employees, clients, and other interested parties in straightforward language.
Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency.

Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and one day working from home, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
