We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in the permitting services industry to join our growing team.
Position Summary
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will oversee the end-to-end management of permitting projects, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with municipal requirements. Acting as the primary client liaison, the SPM will coordinate with internal teams, city officials, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate project activities, from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Define the scope of work, manage timelines, and oversee deliverables for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and align on project goals.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring timely resolution.
- Track submissions and approvals through municipal processes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility while maintaining collaboration, with a current minimum of three in-office days per week. Please note that this schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
