What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts & Estates Attorney / Counsel position at Milshar, LLC?
We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to senior-level/counsel to work out of our Philadelphia office.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 12 years (classes 2012 - 2021) of experience advising ultra-high net worth individuals and family owned businesses with regard to multi-generational wealth planning, including transfer and income tax, charitable planning, and business succession. Qualified candidates must have experience in working with private clients on various wealth planning issues in developing long-term estate planning strategies, drafting documents, and handling estate and trust administration matters, as well as with family businesses and charitable institutions. It is expected that the candidate will be proactive with the ability to work independently.
LL.M. in Taxation is a plus. Superior academic credentials, solid law firm experience, and excellent verbal, drafting, and interpersonal skills required. Pennsylvania State Bar is required.
All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduate from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools. Candidates must have worked for a well-known law firm unless noted otherwise in the job description.

Salary : $260,000 - $475,000
