By partnering with reputable lenders and leveraging cutting-edge technology, our client plays a key role in helping people improve their financial well-being and escape cycles of debt. As the Director of Partnerships, you will drive business development efforts and establish strong relationships with lenders or debt relief partners to secure lower interest rates and reach more favorable repayment terms.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in driving business development, experience working within the personal loan and debt consolidation space with a network ready to hit the ground running and have experience working with nonprofits and / or charities either personally or professionally. Position : Director of Partnerships
Compensation : $150K-$170K 20% bonus
Location : Fully remote with 75% travel. Home base of Chicago Preferred!
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Build and Manage Relationships : Develop direct relationships with key partners in the financial services space, focusing on personal loan providers, credit counseling and non-commercial charity partners (e.g., DAV, veteran-focused organizations).
- Drive Negotiations : Work closely with lenders to negotiate favorable terms, maximizing commercial opportunities.
- Community Engagement : Collaborate with charity partners to develop tools and services for free, helping veterans and others in need access updated resources.
- Brand Promotion : Represent CPC Marketing at key industry conferences and events to drive brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Partnership Strategy : Work with cross-functional teams and Not For Profit partners to design and implement a community-focused program that highlights CPC's mission and impact
