TOWING AND RECOVERY DRIVER(S)

Our Conroe, TX facility is looking for Towing and Recovery Drivers to join our safety conscious team! As a Towing and Recovery Driver you will be responsible for performing duties associated with light duty vehicle transport at a well-recognized, quality-oriented shop.
Reports To: Towing Fleet Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a dependable, friendly, and credible service provider for customers who may be in differing or challenging situations.
- Able to follow instructions, respond to management, keep commitments and be responsible for your own actions.
- Mechanically inclined is a plus
- Understand and use the technology necessary to receive, document and follow up customer calls.
- Complete all appropriate paperwork including services receipts and/or other documentation needs.
- Work with co-workers as a team to maintain a safe working environment
What does it take to work for the Milstead Service Center?
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Knowlegde of AAA performance standards and requirements is a plus
- TDLR card not a requirement but access to obtain a TDLR card required
- Must be over 25 years old and live near company HQ or able to commute to company HQ as base of operations.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be to pass a background check and drug screen.
