Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst (ACLA) Instructor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Airborne Cryptologic Language Analyst (ACLA) Instructor instructs and measures training progress of student ACLA operators who train in established aircrew training curriculum. This position will also assist in developing and/or revising lesson materials in order to ensure highest quality and instructional validity of training courseware.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
Highschool diploma or equivalent. Must earn an Associate Degree within 12 months
of hire date.

Required Training and Experience:
Previous experience within last five years as an RC-135 Cryptologic Mission Crew (CMC)
member, comparable aircraft, or compatible ground operations station, or qualified as a
contract instructor within the preceding two years.

Previous experience in any RC-135 model or comparable aircraft, or qualified as a
contract instructor within the preceding two years.

Must complete a formal CRI course within six months after start of training as an
instructor. Completion of the ACC Classroom Instructor or MAJCOM equivalent satisfies
the CRI requirement.

Desired Experience:
More than 1,000 flying hours in aircraft listed above.

Previous evaluator experience in any RC-135 model or comparable aircraft within the
preceding two years.

Previous experience as an academic platform instructor or as a training
device (simulator) instructor.

Multiple position qualifications in aircraft listed above within the preceding two
years.

General Skills:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must possess
excellent interpersonal skills and oral communication skills; handle multiple
tasks; flexible in work assignments; and work with little to no supervision.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access.
