PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support Learning Resource Center Operations at Fleet Replacement Squadron Learning Centers.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : High School diploma required.
Training and Experience : Experience working with Computers and interacting with customers in team-oriented environment. Must qualify as Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 1 by receiving at a minimum Comp TIA Network or A certification within 90 days of hire.
General Skills : Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision.
Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance : Must qualify for and maintain a security clearance of "Secret."
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create Student and Instructor accounts and reset accounts as needed.
- Enroll classes in Learning Management System (LMS).
- Perform basic help desk functions.
- Tier 1 Information System support.
- Assists IAT 2 with preventative maintenance on equipment, resolve computer, printer, and networking issues, and report status of equipment.
- Activate student tests.
- Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
