Class III Co-Dean (Internal Only)

Milton Academy is seeking a Class III Co-Dean to begin in the 2025–2026 academic year. This is a three-year role focused on fostering a strong class community and supporting the academic, social, and extracurricular growth of students as they progress from Grade 10 through graduation.

Class Deans work closely with student leaders, advisors, and the Office of Student Life to shape programming, support student development, and guide the advisor team. Responsibilities include leading weekly class meetings, mentoring student representatives, coordinating advisor training, and collaborating with other Class Deans on schoolwide initiatives. The role also includes participation in key committees and involvement in the broader life of the Upper School community.

The Class III Co-Dean will continue teaching their regular courses, though at a reduced load (by 1.0 workload units), and will receive a stipend for the role.

The ideal candidate is student-centered, collaborative, and committed to equity, inclusion, and professional growth. Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a visible campus presence are essential.
