Milton Hershey School is committed to supporting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and helping them achieve their full potential. We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents and provide a supportive family environment for students.
Couples must have experience working with youth and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services. They must also be able to work together as a team to ensure the smooth operation of the student home.
About the Compensation:
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
