As a houseparent couple, you will live on campus and work together to manage a small group of students, providing a supportive family-like environment and leading them through daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
To qualify, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and meet certain age and marital requirements. We also require both spouses to hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
