The role involves serving as flex houseparents for on-campus student homes. You will provide stability and care while managing various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents are couples who reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As a flex houseparent, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This requires flexibility and adaptability. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of our students.
