Milton Hershey School is seeking caring couples to provide a nurturing environment for disadvantaged students. As House Parents, you will live on campus and guide the daily activities of your assigned students.

Responsibilities
* Provide a stable family-like structure for students* Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.* Lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services* Ensure a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets*
Qualifications
* Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings* Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage* Both spouses should be age 27 or older* No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home* Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans*
