We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Transitional Living Assistant to join our team. As a member of our residential program, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of high school seniors by helping them develop the life skills necessary for success after graduation.
In this role, you will provide mentorship and supervision to students in a residential setting, focusing on areas such as personal finance, time management, and interpersonal skills. You will also collaborate with staff to enhance the program and create a supportive environment for our students.
Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship and guidance to high school seniors
- Supervise students in a residential setting
- Collaborate with staff to enhance the program
- Create and supervise evening and weekend recreational activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive a 9-passenger van
- Experience working in youth residential settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- High degree of organizational skills and flexibility
