We are seeking a motivated and dedicated couple to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. As a career-focused education counselor, you and your spouse will play a vital role in shaping the educational path of our students.
Your responsibilities will include guiding students through their academic journey, providing support and guidance, and helping them develop important life skills. Responsibilities
- Guide students through their academic journey
- Provide support and guidance to students

- Drive students to appointments and activities

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license
