About the Role
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for our students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Residing in on-campus student homes and guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Providing a stable family-like environment for students and handling responsibilities such as driving and budgeting
- Fostering personal growth through daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
You Will Receive:
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school
