Milton Hershey School, a world-renowned private school, seeks married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. This unique career path involves guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like setting. As flex houseparents, you will provide a consistent structure for students, handle daily responsibilities, and ensure their overall development while living on campus.
