Job Description
As Houseparents, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
You will be part of a team that serves as role models for the students, demonstrating commitment and integrity in all aspects of your work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
