Career Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
You must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
The ideal candidate will have valid driver's licenses and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans. They should also be comfortable with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty.
