Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as House Parents. In this role, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include guiding a group of 8-12 students, handling transportation, medication administration, and budgeting tasks.
As a House Parent, you will be responsible for creating a consistent and supportive structure for your assigned students. You will also handle various tasks such as driving, administering medication, and reporting incidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
