Job Description
As a married couple caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will reside on campus with 8-12 students, creating a nurturing family-like environment. Responsibilities include transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a strong commitment to supporting the well-being of our students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's licenses and certification to drive student home vans are also required. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application demonstrating their commitment to integrity and role modeling for students.
