Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to join our community as House Parents. As a House Parent, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students in a family-like environment. This role requires married couples to reside on campus, where they will oversee daily activities and facilitate life skills for disadvantaged youth.

Responsibilities
• Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
• Oversee daily activities and facilitate life skills for students
• Work closely with your spouse and other staff members to ensure student well-being and success
• Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Requirements

• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
