Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing and guiding students in a family-like setting
- Providing daily care and support
- Fostering students' educational and spiritual growth
- Leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services
- Managing household duties and budget
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you and your partner must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage
- Both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student vans
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
