About the Role
This is a two-person job that requires a married couple to work together to provide guidance, manage household tasks, and ensure a stable living situation for 8-12 students. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages students to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Manage household tasks and ensure a clean and safe living environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve student success
- Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to drive student home vans
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
