Caregiving Couple Required

We are seeking a married couple to become Flex Houseparents, providing a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our students. As Flex Houseparents, you will work together to create a supportive and inclusive home environment for your assigned students.

• Provide daily care and supervision for students
• Drive students to various activities and appointments
• Administer medication as needed
• Budget and manage household expenses
• Report student progress and concerns to school administrators

• $43,825 annual salary per person (approximately $150,000 total compensation package)
