Milton Hershey School is seeking a Residential Youth Caregiver to join our team of flex houseparents. As a key member of our team, you will provide a nurturing environment for underprivileged students in a family-like setting. You will be responsible for supervising, driving, and administering medication to students while ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities
You will provide a consistent family-like structure, guide students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and ensure the well-being of students. You will also be responsible for supervising, driving, and administering medication to students.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
