Job Description
As a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students. Couples reside on-campus, guiding 8-12 students in daily life, managing responsibilities such as budgeting and administering medication. This role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Reside on-campus with your spouse to guide students in a family-like structure
• Manage daily life responsibilities, including budgeting and medication administration
• Provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students
• Participate in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and lead students in daily devotions
Requirements:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
• Both spouses age 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and become certified to drive student home vans
