Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide guidance and support to disadvantaged students in a family-like environment.
As houseparents, you will work as a team to create a nurturing atmosphere for approximately 8-12 students, providing daily care and supervision. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a passion for working with youth.
