As a Flex Houseparent, you will need to be flexible, patient, and understanding, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with your spouse and other members of the school community.
You will also need to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and a willingness to adhere to the school's policies and procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and will possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
