Salary and Benefits
Couples will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school, and three-week paid summer vacation.
