Caregiving professionals, do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking married couples to become houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As houseparents, you will provide a family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding and nurturing them in a supportive and caring atmosphere.

You will work closely with other houseparents and school staff to ensure the overall well-being of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to care for a group of students, providing guidance, support, and discipline as needed.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Some key responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and supervision of students
- Preparing and serving meals
- Assisting with homework and educational activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
