Responsibilities:
- Support students in their academic and personal development
- Provide guidance and mentorship to help students overcome challenges
- Participate in community activities and events to foster connections with students and staff
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
