Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for the students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and have a valid driver's license. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. The candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a high school diploma or GED.
