We are seeking Caring Couple Job Opportunities at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a supportive and nurturing environment for 8-12 students living in an on-campus home. You will work closely with your spouse to guide students, manage household responsibilities, and support their educational journey.
To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for working with youth and a strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment. You should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for our students.
