As House Parents, you will be part of a team that embodies these values, providing a supportive and loving environment for students.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic growth. You will live on-campus in student homes, creating a family-like structure for the students, and handle daily responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
To succeed in this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
