Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as House Parents. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, supportive, and fun environment for your assigned group of 8-12 students
- Guide and nurture students to reach their full potential
- Model the values of honesty, respect, and responsibility
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Married couple with experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- Both spouses must be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for our students
