As a House Parent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment for your assigned group of students, providing guidance, support, and nurturing care. What We Offer
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary package, including a total compensation of approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule that allows for nine days on followed by three days off.
