Flex Houseparent Role
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a consistent family-like structure
- Driving and administering medication
- Budgeting and reporting
- Daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A valid driver's license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
