Milton Hershey School is seeking dedicated couples to serve as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus and provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, ensuring a family-like environment.
You will work closely with your spouse to administer medication, manage household tasks, and handle other responsibilities related to caring for students. You will also have the opportunity to benefit from a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
In this role, you will lead daily devotions, take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, and provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal pursuits.
Milton Hershey School offers a range of benefits, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also have the opportunity to work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three weeks of paid summer vacation.
To be eligible for this role, you must be a married couple with at least two years of marriage, both 27 years or older, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
