Job Summary
Milton Hershey School seeks a caring couple to join our residential youth caregiving team. As a houseparent, you will provide a loving and structured environment for your assigned group of students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and mentoring students in their academic and personal growth
- Providing daily care and supervision to students
- Preparing meals and maintaining a clean living environment
- Attending regular team meetings and participating in training sessions
Requirements
- Couple must be experienced in working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
