Milton Hershey School is seeking caring couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes, providing a family-like structure and guidance to groups of 8-12 students. You will also be responsible for handling various responsibilities, including driving and administering medication, as well as supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

What We Are Looking For
- Experienced couples who have worked with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both 27 or older.
- Couples who can commit to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and adhere to our rules regarding pets and alcohol.
- Couples who possess a valid driver's license and can become certified to drive student home vans.
- Couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
